Jen Goodwin
Jen is a solicitor specialising in corporate and commercial matters.
Jen helps clients with a range of queries surrounding the day to day operation of their businesses from drafting shareholders’ agreements and articles of association to advising clients on sales and acquisitions.
Practice areas
Jen advises clients on various contractual agreements including distribution agreements, supplier agreements, sale agreements, data sharing agreements and prepare business terms and conditions.
Prior to working in private practice, Jen worked as in-house counsel for a large telecommunications company, managing their litigation team and gaining first-hand experience of business operations, marketing and finance. Jen previously worked for a leading North West firm before joining Jackson Lees Group in 2020, moving internally to Myers & Co in 2024.
Jen enjoys working closely with clients to understand their business and their business needs. Every business is different and therefore it’s not a case of one size fits all!
Jen’s experience is varied having worked with a range of commercial clients; from dealing with sales and acquisitions, incorporations, group re-organisations to general commercial matters.
